Description of the flag

Estb: 1959. Location: 22445 Glass Lane, Port Charlotte.
Burgee: Broad Pennant circa 4:7 an 4:6 to crutch. Red field fimbriated white (not hoist?) and charged with a white lighthouse (flashing light) at hoist and a white leaping dolphin on fly.
