Description of the flag

Estb: 1975. Location: 2494 Niumalu Rd, Lihue.
Burgee: Pennant circa 11:16 (web image). Horizontal bi-colour, celestial blue and green (divided by a wavy bend sinister line) over blue. Celestial blue area charged with a white half moon on the horizontal line. Green area charged with a white silhouette of a sailboat’s jib and main (facing hoist) above (on the blue area) the white word NAWILIWILI forming the boat’s hull.
