The flag is a blue field with the township seal in the center. Under the seal is the text "Official Municipality of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania".

The seal is made of a golden ring with the township name inscribed on it. In the center of the seal is a scene which depicts a town among some hills and fields with a river flowing between them. Above the scene are the first letters of the township's three words.
