The flag

The flag is blue, with a crude map of Pennsylvania in green outline in the canton area, the location of the county identified by the seal, which coincidentally includes the county map, with bold yellow rays radiating from the seal, which merge into three yellow horizontal stripes extending across the upper half of the flag.
