The flag

The flag of the City of Portand, Michigan, was seen at the 2010 Michigan Municipal League convention. The parade of flags is documented at Flickr, including this flag: at www.flickr.com/photos/michigancommunities/5016855271/ is a photo showing a flag in the background with reverse showing without direct charges, other than those on the obverse visible due to transparency. These are a red/orange with black emblem in the middle, between black inscriptions: the top consistent with "PORTLAND" and the bottom ending "... RIVERS". The logo of the City of Portland on its website, www.portland-michigan.org, includes the slogan "City of two rivers".
