The City Administration has informed me that the City has no flag.
Valentin Poposki, 30 January 2010
The flag is a blue field with a golden wagon wheel on the hoist side of the
flag. To the right are three gray stars. There is no known information about the
flag. The wagon wheel possibly represents the Chisholm Trail, which was where
the city was founded upon. No idea on what the stars represent, though it could
be related with the Gary County seat war.

The flag dates from January 11, 2019. A deputy clerk at the Cimarron, Kansas
city hall sent a photo showing that a flag for the city of Cimarron, Kansas
actually exists. Another librarian noted that this flag is sold at an office
within Cimarron City Hall.
