Proposed flag for the City of Greencastle: https://www.bannergraphic.com/story/2930027.html is horizontally banded green-white-green, 1-2-1, the seal centered and a yellow star on either side. The name is printed in white block letters on the green fields.

That flag seems to use a photo of a carved city seal rather than a drawn image of the city seal.
