Description of the flag

A white flag, with large dark blue(?) ring in center, bearing the words MOTHER ROAD (in reference to Route 66), and inside it a barrel of gas in black and red on an orange and green background. Outside the ring, two automobiles, one modern, one vintage, and in the four corners the words: "Lexington", "Historic ???", "Illinois" and "Land of Lincoln".
