A flag has been seen in the City Council chamber which has unclear images
that differ from those of the city logo. However, Google Maps shows that a logo
flag was flying in front of city hall in March 2019. Whether this flag is
official, I don't know. But it is definitely being used.

A somewhat sketchy image of the flag of Santa Rosa is seen at www.watchsonomacounty.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/schwedhelm.jpg.
It appears to be a white field with a version of the previous city logo (as seen at imaps.ci.santa-rosa.ca.us/application_resources/site_logo.gif,
without "GIS Map Site").
The current logo is different, but have I not seen any flag evidence: www.solarsonomacounty.org/uploads/images/spsantarosa.png

Looks like the old logo flag is still being used in council chambers in
this January 2020 photo.
