Description of the flag

The photo was contributed on 19 February 2013 to Waymarking, with the following text:
"San Jacinto is a City of about 45,000 on the west side of the San Jacinto Mountains in southern California.

The flag has a white background with "San Jacinto" in sky blue. There is a pictograph inset with the San Jacinto Mountains in white. Above is the blue sky and a white rising sun. Below are the green rolling hills of the San Jacinto Valley."
