of the Korps Politie Suriname in gold and outlined in black. Above the emblem
are the words ‘KORPS POLITIE’ in an arc, and below in a straight line is the

The colours of the Korps Politie Suriname is blue, fringed in gold tassel. There is a fringe along the hoist sleeve of the colour. The obverse and reverse are of different designs.
