Description of the flag

National flag bordered white. The dimension of the image in Album des Pavillons (1995) are around 24 x 30 mm, with a 4 mm white border. This is not exactly as in Flaggenbuch (1939), but probably we should not take any deep conclusions from it. I believe that the pilot flag was included here by pure inertia, as it might have been out of use already for ages. It was finally dropped from Album des Pavillons (2000) as, I presume, Armand du Payrat did not get any confirmation of this flag. We know of no legislation abandoning this flag. What's the last legislation (or other "primary" source) mentioning it anyway?
