The white-field flag of the "Ministry of Interior" of the "Palestinian
National Authority"; c. Nov. 2014. Apparently, its full name is the "Ministry of
Interior and National Security" which proivdes for the police security of the
PNA and is based in Fatah-controlled Ramallah. However, as its office in the
Gaza Strip was seized by Hamas from the PNA-Fatah in June 2006 which continued
the same-named agency for itself, there can be some confusion in differentiating
between the two claimants.

The white-field flag of the Hamas-controlled "Ministry of Interior and National
Security" in Gaza; c. Oct. 2023. In June 2006, following elections, the
Gaza-based Hamas seized control of the Gaza-area office of the original PNA/PA
"Min. of Interior" office from the Fatah-ruled PNA/PA administration in
Ramallah.
