About the flag

Levanto is one of 21 districts in the Chachapoyas Provincial Municipality, Amazonas. Its flag can be seen in a leaflet issued for the occasion of the 67th Annyversary of the district in 2022:

It is horizontally divided blue-green-red, with a canton the depth of the blue and green stripes in white with arcs of blue, green, orange, pink, white, red.

The flag ratio is ~5:9; the canton is not exactly square, rather slighly horizontally oblong, and the rainbow on it is shown not exactly one quadrant, but slightly more, approximately 9 to 1 o'clock; the rainbow stripes are seemingly also not exactly of equal width (although that might be caused by the blurriness of the original).

The leaflet where this flag design is shown, interestingly presents it as the flag of district, but the emblem next to it (an unrelated design, lacking namely any rainbow) is captioned as a proposed coat of arms, showing that the flag was created and approved first.
