The flag of Renacimiento is prescribed by Agreement No. 2, adopted on 11 
January 2012 by the Municipal Council and published on 27 February 2012 in the 
Panamá official gazette, No. 26,981.
Article 1.
The flag representing 
the District of Renacimiento shall be a rectangle in yellow color, meaning force 
and rising sun, in the upper half, and green, representing the district’s 
fertility and greenness in the lower half, with eight yellow star each 
representing a corregimiento [Breñón, Cañas Gordas, Dominical, Monte Lirio, 
Plaza Caisán, Río Sereno (capital), Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara] composing the 
district.
