The flag

The flags of AK Kvarner (Atletski klub Kvarner), an athletic club from Rijeka, uses a basic white field with curved bands in three shades of blue toward the upper hoist and lower fly, and a swirled logo centered.

Article 6.
The Club has an emblem, a flag, and a seal.
The Club’s emblem is stylized in the shape of an athletics track, featuring three shades ranging from light blue to dark blue, and bears the inscription: Club (= Atletski klub) "Kvarner" Rijeka.
The Club’s flag is blue and white, features the Club’s emblem, and has a width-to-length ratio of 1:2.

Based on the description in the statute, various versions of the flag are evidently possible.
