The pennant is white, at hoist it is tricoloured blue-white-red with the white stripe slightly smaller. There are white inscriptions "RV" on blue filed and "SH" on red field and a rowing icon on the white field. Issuant from the white stripe are two horizontal ribbons blue-white-red turning to he edges near fly. Blue-white-red are the colours of Schleswig-Holstein.
