Shield parted per fess embattled, above Gules two arrows Argent in saltire, beneath Or a peeling knife Azure.
Meaning:
The arrows are an attribute of St. Sebastian, the local patron saint. The knife is representing the guild of barrel hoop cutters and wood working in general. The line of partition is alluding to remains of the former Benedictine Schönrain Abbey, founded in 1080 and sold to the Counts of Rieneck after the German Peasants' War (1524 - 1525). The background tinctures are those of the counts.
