It seems that the organization changed its logo, so it is most likely that a new flag is in place as well, this in turn with the new change in denomination as well, now being: "Asociación Colombiana de Ingenieros
de Petróleos, Energía y Tecnologías Afines" or the Colombian Association of Petroleum, Energy and Related Technologies Engineers.

It is the association of the major Colombian companies in the industrial,
financial, food and services sector. The ANDI (Asociación Nacional de
Industriales, in English Industrial Entrepreneurs Association or National
Business Association of Colombia) was created in the city of Medellin in
September 11, 1944 by several private companies' Managers from the Department of
Antioquia, to participate before the government regarding a unified economic
policy.
ANDI was pivotal in the creation of the SENA to
have better instructed employees for the manufacturing companies.
Today it "is a non-profit organization whose main purpose is to expand and
promote economic, social and political principles within a free enterprise
system, based upon beliefs that include human dignity, political democracy,
social justice, private property and liberty, and since its establishment has
always been the most important private sector association. It groups more than
1100 companies that belong to different sectors of the economy: manufacturing,
financial, food, mining, health, agriculture, services, among others and
therefore represents a high percentage of Colombia's GDP and total employment.
The Association has its headquarters in Medellin, but also has branches in the
cities of Bogotá, Barranquilla, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Pereira,
Manizales, Ibagué, and Santander de Quilichao.
As representative of the private sector's interests, the National Business
Association of Colombia assumes the representation of its members before
national and international institutions, dealing with economic, legal, social,
environmental, and business issues.
ANDI interacts before the legislative and executive branches of the public
sector, in order to contribute in the issuing of laws of national convenience.

AVIANCA joined Helicol (Helicópteros Nacionales de Colombia, Colombian National
Helicopters, founded on June 3, 1955) and SAM (Sociedad Aeronáutica de Medellín,
Medellin Aeronautical Society, founded on October 5, 1946) to form Sistema

Variant - possibly manufacturer's error
Here's the flag of Avianca, circa 1946-72. Aerovías del Continente Americano
S.A., - Avianca, the national airline of Colombia, traces its origin to SCADTA,
founded in 1919.
Miles Li, 21 January 2016
There is this video on Jamaican independence in
1962. At 26-28 seconds there was a version of this flag, with the canton and the map
in white instead of yellow, and with the letters in red on white instead of
white on blue. I believe this particular flag, especially in its omission of the
yellow colour, must have been a manufacturer's error, since (1) the Avianca logo
officially in use from 1946 to 1971 (in practice to 1972 due to a livery
changeover period) should always have the map in yellow, and the letters in
white on blue, and since (2) the national colours of Colombia is yellow-blue-red
(a diagonal striped example can be found on Previous National Air Force Flag page), it makes no symbolic sense for the canton to have white-blue-red stripes.

In this picture however, the word "Tours" (white
letters) is included. Avianca Tours (previously known as Deskubra, a travel
agency) is a business unit within AVIANCA (Source:
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Avianca#Avianca_Tours). AVIANCA's flag has the
same color scheme (red horizontal flag) but without the word "Tours" in it.
AVIANCA was founded on December 5, 1919, being the world's second oldest airline
in continous operation after KLM.

From www.casaluker.com:
The design and symbology of Casa Luker's flag was created by the
manager of the commercial unit, Mr. Jorge Augusto Salazar Pineda,
along with the agency Crear Ideas of Bogota. The rising sun from
the green mountains of our native land symbolizes naturalness,
freshness, food and respect for nature. The sun, which casts its
rays over the work and Casa Luker's dynamics in the market
place, is symbolized in the color of the earth. The sun has the
dynamics of the light projected towards the infinite blue that
invites us to act with dynamism, innovation and energy. That
rising sun that moves and changes in the day, that with the force
of its rays renders light, warmth and life, symbolizes our
professionalism, fellowship and daily commitment.
This is our flag, a symbol of who we are and how we live in Casa
Luker."
