I have just found a page:
http://fedefutbol.net/confed.aspx?id=AFC It has a flag of Guangxi Zhuang. It
is not clear so I sent an e-mail to this web administrator to ask more about
it.Until now, there is no reply from the owner of this web.

Zhuang is one of 56 officially recognized ethnicities in China, the majority
of whom live in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in Southern China.
I have my doubt about the authenticity of the so-called Guangxi Zhuang flag.
Provinces and Autonomous Regions in the PRC do not have their own flags (only
Special Administrative Regions do, i.e. Hong Kong and Macau), and I cannot see
the Zhuang ethnic group adopting their own flag, since they are not known for
any separatist activities within the PRC.

I can shed some really specific light on this, weirdly.
I did a mod for this PC game Hearts of Iron III where I made more historically
correct versions of the in-game flags. The game is set during World War II and
includes multiple Chinese warlord factions, including the Guangxi Clique. Now
this Clique didn't have any unique flags, but I still wanted to have some kind
of vaguely historical symbol in there to distinguish them in game. After a lot
of searching I found that the Guangxi Air Force actually used a slightly
different roundel with a red border. I slapped the symbol in the centre of the
flag and put ten blue and white stripes in the background (another aircraft
marking. On the fin if I remember correctly.)
Again, this was just for a video game. I wasn't trying to pass it off as a real
flag or even a plausible one, and certainly not as a flag of modern Guangxi, but
these things have a way of happening on the internet.
Unfortunately I seem to have deleted my local copy of the mod and the online one
is hosted on megaupload, so I can't find the original image, but that is
definitely my flag resized into a tiny icon. I've redrawn the design here:

For obvious reasons, if this flag DID exist (and it doesn't!) it certainly would
not be permitted in the People's Republic of China.
