(This is only part heraldic and isn't wholly blazon-able, however, I'll have a go in a mixture of vexi-speak and heraldese:)
Per bend sinister the first segment Argent an annulet Or above six bezants in an inverted triangle the second a tricolour of Vert Gules and Azure fimbriated of the First.

On 1 January 2013 the new commune of Milvignes was formed through the merger of Auvernier, Bôle and Colombier.
