The flag and arms
of Lunardelli are prescribed by Municipal Law No. 544 promulgated on 16 July
1998.
Article 6.
The municipal flag of Lunardelli, designed by
municipal civil servants Otaviano Proença Neto, Maria Lúcia Cadamuro, Jacson
Ribeiro and Ubaldo de Barros, is formed by a rectangular field in green, white,
yellow, white and navy blue colors. The green, white, white and navy colors are
separated by a yellow stripe, which runs from the lower right to the upper right
angle. All the other stripes follow the same pattern. In the center of the
rectangular field is placed a celestial blue star, which, in its upper and lower
parts, is surrounded by three yellow (gold) stars. The central star, in size
twice the others, represents the municipality of Lunardelli and the three
smaller ones the districts of Guaretá, Primavera and Madalena. All stars are
surrounded by a red line.
Article 7.
