The municipality of Iracema do Oeste (2,216 inhabitants in 2021; 8,154 ha) is located 550 km west of Curitiba.

The flag of Iracema do Oeste is white with a thin yellow blue stripe at the top and bottom and the municipal coat of arms in the center.
