Here is the flag of the Royal Police Forces of Antigua and Barbuda. The flag
is blue with the Police logo in center.

The police flag in pre-2023 version, according to a photograph, seems to have
the ribbon in gold instead of white. The police ceremonial flag in the pre-1923
version, is similar with proportion about 11:15, the crown is all golden, and
the ribbon is red with blue letters. The gold disk below isn't a disk but is
really a golden horseshoe and teh two things at sides are in fact part of the
ribbon and joined to it (with no separation). I don't know if these
characteristics are reproduced in the 2023 version.
