It does not appear that the county uses its flag today, though it might be hidden somewhere; it is known, however that the flag was designed by Wilbur Lease (for the Wyoming State Fair centennial in 2012). The flag depicts a basic wooden frame leading to the County Courthouse, with hedges to its sides. It reads above WESTON COUNTY WYOMING; under being EST. 1890.

It is known a county flag was discovered in 1985; there was speculation it was part of a student's history project years prior and may not have been an officially used county flag. It depicts in its center what appeared to be the county seal over a white field; reading WESTON COUNTY in its outer ring. The center depicted a horse. Each corner depicted an item with text underneath: the upper-left depicted a cow and the word RANCHING; the upper-right depicted a deer and the word WILDLIFE; the lower-left read UPTON NEWCASTLE OSAGE (and presumably had an animal like an eagle?); the lower-right depicted a tree and the word LUMBERING. Underneath the seal is the date MAY 16, 1890; the (perhaps incorrect) date of its establishment.
