Borkou is one of 23 provinces of Chad. I didn't find a flag for the province.
Also, I didn't find an emblem for the province, only for the provincial council,
above.

Faya (or Faya-Largeau) is a commune and administrative seat of the Province of
Borkou and of the Department of Borkou in Chad. I didn't find a flag for the
commune, but here is its emblem.

Kouba-Olanga is a commune and administrative seat of the Department of Kouba in
