Bahr el Gazel (sometimes also Barh el Gazel) is one of 23 provinces of Chad. It was created in 2008, from the former Department of Bahr el Gazel which was part of the Region of Kanem. That year, the regions were dissolved and newly created 23 provinces became first-level administrative divisions of the country. Its administrative center is Moussoro.
It seems that there is no flag for the province (or at least I didn't find
any), but there are emblems for the province and for the provincial council.

The Department of Bahr el Gazel Nord is one of five departments of the Province of Bahr el Gazel, Chad. There is one flag-look-a-like image that I don't know what is, which contains name of the department and of its sous-prefectures. There are also two emblems, but I think the second one is that of the council:

I'm pretty sure the
flag-look-a-like image is a Facebook banner. The second image looks like it
might be from a regional news company, but I can't be sure. I think the first
image might be the supposed departmental logo as it is used for its government's
page, if used at all physically.

Moussoro is a commune and administrative center of the Province of Bahr el
Gazel and of the Department of Bahr el Gazel Sud. I didn't find a flag for this
commune, but here is its emblem.

Canton Koutra is a form of traditional entity, specifically created in Chad.
It is located in the Province of Bahr el Gazel, in the Department of Bahr el
Gazel Sud, under authority of the Commune of Amsilep. I didn't find a flag for
it, but I here is an emblem of it.
