the Province of Batha, Chad. I didn't find a flag for the commune, but here

Canton Koutra is a form of traditional entity, specifically created in Chad.
It is located in the Province of Bahr el Gazel, in the Department of Bahr el
Gazel Sud, under authority of the Commune of Amsilep. I didn't find a flag for
it, but I here is an emblem of it.
