The city emblem was adopted on Jul 17th 1963 by Notice No 4 but there is no flag law. The green flag has a white city emblem in the center. The city emblem is a stylized katakana セキ Seki. The round shape symbolizes the city’s image which develops outward.

Horado Town / 洞戸町
