Shield Or three olive twigs Vert fructed Sable arrayed in fess,
on chief a blackbird Sable volant animated Gules beaked Or and bringing on its beak a pair of cherries Gules stemmed Vert,
issuant from flanches and base wavy Azure, charged with a bar wavy Argent, a three-arch bridge Sable masoned Argent.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading
in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE MIZARELA, PÊRO SOARES E VILA SOEIRO",
arrayed in two embowed lines with the actual name in larger initials.
Meaning:
As usual for these new communes with hybrid toponyms created in 2012 by joining two or more pre-existing communes,
in a time when most of them had already established flags and coats of arms, the newly created arms are also themselves a hybrid of those previous ones,
such as in this case: The bird from Mizarela, the twigs from Pêro Soares, and the bridge from both.
The bridge is a representation of an actual local bridge, suitably stylised,
situated at the former boundary line between Pêro Soares and Vila Soeiro, over a very upstream stretch of the Mondego River,

Mizarela, Pêro Soares e Vila Soeiro is one of the nine communes of Guarda Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 200 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 14,02 km².

Mizarela was one of the 18 communes of Guarda Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 135 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 5,53 km².

Pero Soares, until 1990 Pêro Soares, was one of the 18 communes of Guarda Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 70 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 2,86 km².

It was one of the 18 communes of Guarda Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 41 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 5,63 km².
