Shield Or issuant from a mound of three coupeaux Vert, itself issuant from the flanks and from base wavy Argent,
charged with a bar wavy Azure, a semicircular arch Sable with its keystone and middle voussoirs and imposts Argent,
enclosing a heraldic rose Gules seeded Argent and barbed Vert.
Mural crown Argent with three visible towers (village rank) and white scroll reading
in black upper case serifed letters "UNIÃO DAS FREGUESIAS DE FERRADOSA E SENDIM DA SERRA".
Meaning:
As usual for these new communes with hybrid toponyms created in 2012 by joining two or more pre-existing communes,
in a time when most of them had already established flags and coats of arms,
the newly created arms are also a hybrid of those previous ones — such as in this
case: The arch and rose from Sendim da Serra, the mound and waves from
Ferradosa.

is one of the six communes of Alfândega da Fé Municipality created by a merger during the 2013 changes. It had 169 inhabitants in 2021 and covers 27,06 km².

Ferradosa was one of the 14 communes of Alfândega da Fé Municipality affected by the 2013 changes. It had 160 inhabitants in 2011 and covered 16,03 km².
