The municipality of Mantoudi-Limni-Agia Anna (Μαντούδι-Λίμνη-Αγία Άννα, 12,045 inhabitants in 2011; 58,540 ha) was established by the 2011 local government reform as the merger of the former municipalities of Elymnioi (Ελύμνιοι, 5,648 inh.), Kireas (Κηρέας, 6,671 inh.), and Nileas (Νηλέας, 2,730 inh.).
