The flag of the Hamlet of Repulse Bay, Nunavut, was provided to me from the hamlet by photo of the flag, thanks to Steven Kopak from the hamlet administration.

About the hamlet:
"Repulse Bay (Inuktitut: Naujaat, literally‚ "seagulls nesting place") is an Inuit hamlet located on the shore of Hudson Bay, Kivalliq Region, in Nunavut, Canada. It has 748 inhabitants." - from Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Repulse_Bay,_Nunavut
